THE CHALLENGE
Back in February I've been asked by the Italian publishing house Edizioni Einaudi to design the cover of the latest book by Simone Fornara on the topic of teaching. The goal was to develop an illustration that could represent the passion and love for teaching for a very special book written in form of a letters to Italian literature teachers.
THE RESULT
Thinking about what could be a perfect match to represent the school environment and the passion for teaching I came up with the idea of tweaking one of my favorite motifs, the pencil into a heart. The book has been published in October 2021 and it is available in all the major Italian bookstores.
